W/E Fri14/Sun 16 Sept...JAZZ IMPROVISATION WORKSHOP.Run by international jazz guitarist MIKE WALKER. The workshop will be held at the Min y Mor Hotel, Barmouth. We will be working on specific songs, & need an audience for the Saturday night jam, which will start st 7.30pm...

Friday Sept 28...SAMUEL C. LEES. Travelling from Manchester for the night. A crossing of boundaries, from the flowing melodies of Django, to the fire & flair of modern gipsy guitar players such as Jimmy Rosenburg. Sam Lees on guitar, Jennifer Lees on vocals, Sarah Smith on fiddle, Paul Wooliscroft on rhythm guitar, & Joe Lees on bass. A bagful of talent.

Friday Oct 26...EDDIE GARTRY & ROB VENABLES. We are familiar with the harmonica of Rob Venables, but this time he comes with Eddy Gartry's raw voice & rock steady blues guitar. This is how it all began...& they may have a guest or two in store.

Friday Nov 23...MIRANDA.She was here last winter when she captivated us with her selection of torch songs & classics from the great American song book.Greg Robley on keys will bring with him Andy Mackenzie on guitar,Gwyn Evans on trumpet & one or two other stalwarts.

Friday Dec 7...BANDA BACANA. Once again, it's party time. And as they were such a great party band last year, they're back again, bringing us their brand of Cuban sunshine in the heart of the Welsh Winter. The music will keep you on your feet, & a Christmas buffet will help keep those energy levels up all night.

There will be support acts, details of which are still to be confirmed. Events are usually on the Fourth Friday of the month starting at 7.30pm. There will be a bar available.

Prices of tickets will vary depending on the cost of music, but will be between 8.00 - 10.00.
